Pork Tapa - Pinoy Food
Fortunately, I've found one. And this Pinoy dish recipe will be the best one out there. Below are the ingredients and the procedure on how to cook Pork Tapa:
Ingredients:
2 pounds pork tenderloin, cutinto quarter-inch slices
6 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
1 tablespoon saltpeter
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons peanut oil
Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients and marinate overnight or for several days in the
refrigerator Drain pork and fry in oil until very well done. Drain on a piece ofpaper towel.
Serves 4- 6
