Hello Filipinos around the world! Our kababayan Mart Lester uploaded a 7:16 video presentation in YouTube on how to cook Paella. Paella Marinera is basically a Seafood type of Paella. In this recipe I found one great Paella Marinera from Panlasang Pinoy. The ingredients and procedure is a bit similar to the first Seafood Paella that I posted here in Pinoy Food 201. The difference I found is the rice used. Today, I ate one of the most popular dishes in the Philippines, Pork Binagoongan. I was a bit unsatisfied on how the cook cooked it. There is something missing in the taste, and then the cook said that it would be much better if there is coconut milk added in the ingredients. That’s why I decided to search for a recipe for this and post it here in my blog PinoyFood201.
