Pork Tapa 2 - Pinoy Food Recipe

Pork Tapa is most commonly eaten by Filipinos in Karinderias (Food Store) all over the Philippines. Most stores are having this Pinoy Food dish in their menu as their best selling dish. It's affordable because the menu usually contains rice and an egg. We call that as Tapsilog which comes from the ingredients names Tapa (Meat), Sinangag (Rice) and Itlog (Egg). Well, here's another Pinoy Food recipe for this amazing dish. The Pinoy food recipe is quite easy, so you can try it on your own.

Ingredients
1 kl of Pork (lean) – sliced thinly as desired
1 ½ tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoon of sugar
1/8 tsp Prague powder (color pink)
Tapa mix/seasonings

How to Prepare Pork Tapa
1. Mix the salt, sugar and Prague powder in a mixing bowl and rub evenly on the surface of the sliced meat.
2. Place the cured meat in a clean and covered container in a chiller for 3days.
3. Dry in a oven (150-185°F – 30mins)
4. Cook tapa when needed
