Pork Tapa is an unusual food for us Pinoys. However, the beef tapa is one of the most popular food today. You can eat this anytime and anywhere in the Philippines. Just find a nearest karinderya or Tapa King in your place, then they are ready to serve you. Being unfamiliar with the Pork Tapa, I've made an intensive research on the internet to find the best Pork Tapa recipe that will satisfy your craving for this food.

Fortunately, I've found one. And this Pinoy dish recipe will be the best one out there. Below are the ingredients and the procedure on how to cook Pork Tapa:

Ingredients:
2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut
into quarter-inch slices
6 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
1 tablespoon saltpeter
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons peanut oil

Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients and marinate overnight or for several days in the
refrigerator Drain pork and fry in oil until very well done. Drain on a piece of
paper towel.

Serves 4- 6
