1. palambutin muna un baboy
2. pag naluto na un baboy lagyan mo ng mantika
3. Igisa mo yung bawang, sibuyas at 3 piraso kamatis saka un baboy.
4. pag gisa na un lagyan mo ng 3 kutsara bagoong ayon sa gusto mo ang dami
5. tapos ilagay mo un okra sitaw talong at kalabasa huli un ampalaya
5. lag yan mo sa dami na gusto mong sabaw at timplahan mo ng ajinomoto vetsin
6. tapos pag alam muna malambot na un gulay hanguin muna ok
