Breaded Pork Loin – Pinoy Food Recipe

Hi to all of my friend readers there in Canada and US! I know you’re wondering how I knew that you visited my blog. Maybe you’re a Filipino like me. If not, maybe you’re half. If still you’re not, then maybe you’re just a Pinoy food lover searching for Pinoy foods in the entire net.

Breading is usually used by our Kabayan for fried foods like Fried Chicken or Pork. And if you’re using pork as the main ingredient, lean pork or laman is used as the main ingredient. Pork loin is also good for frying. It is tenderer than the usual pork chop that we eat. If you’re wondering how to prepare breaded pork loin, then don’t because I have the answer for you below.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb pork loin (about 3 slices)
1 piece raw egg
3 tbsp milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking procedure:
1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl.
3. Dip each loin in the egg mixture then dredge in bread crumbs.
4. Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
5. Fry in the hot oil for about 6 minutes on each side or until color turns golden brown.
6. Serve hot with atchara. Share and enjoy!
