Filipino Style Paella Cooking Tutorial From Malou

Here’s another tutorial on how to cook Filipino style Paella by Malou Perez- Nievera. In this video, you'll be able to learn and cook your own Paella for your family. It is very nice choice of dish to prepare during occasion or ever a regular day because we love rice. We Filipinos can’t eat without rice.

The basic ingredients in the video are rice (arroz), ham, green peas, chicken, chorizo, clams, mussel, shrimp, chicken stock, carrots celery, salt and pepper and green beans. So it’s basically mixed type of Paella. It will be very tasteful because the meat and seafood combination is the best for Filipino style Paella.

The pan used in the video is the Paellera. Basically, the pan is big and flat, ideally for cooking Paella. The first procedure they done is to cook the meat by searing. Then they add potato garlic and onion. After a few minutes, they add tomato sauce, then the bell peppers. And then they added the washed rice in the Paellera. They add the chicken stock from chicken bones, celery and carrots.

After 20 minutes, the rice is almost cooked, then they add baguio beans, clams, and they stir the Paella. Cover 8-10 minutes. They garnish it with boiled egg and shrimp. This recipe is done. It’s so easy to prepare. Watch and enjoy the video.
