Pinoy Chicken Adobo with Pineapple by Circle Of Moms

1 Kl Chicken cut into parts
1 medium size (can) Pineapple slice
6-10 gloves of garlic
1 medium size onion
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 leaf of laurel
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbs cooking oil
1. Heat large casserole, then put cooking oil
2. Saute garlic & onion
3. Put the chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, sugar, laurel leaf & syrup of pineapple
4. Cook until the meat is tender, let some fats of chicken comes out
5. Place it on serving dish, decorate pineapple slices on top
