In cooking this Philippine dish tomatoes should be cooked during the first process or the sautéing time. It should be placed before cooking the meat and after sautéing the onions and garlic. It should be cooked for just awhile. This Philippine dish has so many vegetables and all should be cooked according to their doneness. Or else this Philippine dish might not be as good as it is.
