Korean Beef Stew By Global Pinoy

Sangkap (Ingredients):

1 kg Boneless Shank
70 grams Soy Sauce
80 grams Sugar, Muscovado
2 grams Black Pepper
10 grams Red Bell Pepper, slice into strips
3 grams Salt, iodized
1 grams Annato powder
2 pcs Star Anise
5 grams Sesame Seeds
23 grams Ginger, slice into flakes
15 ml Rice Wine

Pagluto (Cooking Procedure):

Combine all ingredients in a pressure cooker.
Add 3 cups of water.
Cover and simmer over low flame for 3 hours or until tender.
Uncover and continue simmering until sauce is reduced by 30%.
