Ingredients
1/2 kg. beef camto, cut into serving portions
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup MAGGI Savor, Chiligarlic
1 whole black peppercorns
1 piece bay leaf
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 MAGGI Beef Broth Cube
1 cup water
1 385ml. CARNATION Coco Evap
1 MAGGI Beef Broth Cube
2 pieces siling panigang
salt to taste
Preparations
Instructions 1. Briskly boil beef in the next 7 ingredients. Simmer over low heat for at least 1 ½ hour or until beef is tender. Add more water if necessary. 2. When beef is tender, add CARNATION Coco Evap and remaining MAGGI Beef Broth Cube. Continue simmering until sauce has thickened. 3. Add siling panigang. Season with salt to taste. (Makes )
