Thai Beef Stew By Mogulin My Own Mind
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb sirloin steak, diced
1/2 package McCormick beef stew seasoning mix
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables (I suggest adding a can of beans too)
14 oz reduced-sodium beef broth
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Heat the oil in a large, heavy pot. Add the steak and cook on medium until browned. Add seasoning and vegetables. Turn the heat to high and add the broth. Bring everything to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-high and stir in the peanut butter.
